What to include
To help us investigate efficiently, include:
- your name and the email address associated with your portal account;
- the page or feature involved and what you were trying to do;
- the approximate date and time of the issue, including your timezone;
- the error message shown, if any; and
- your browser and device type.
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, Zoom meeting passwords, financial documents, tax records, or other sensitive information by ordinary email. We may direct you to the secure portal if files are needed.

If you cannot join an appointment, tell us the appointment title and scheduled time. Do not include the meeting number or password in your message.
Account, privacy, and security requests

For a suspected security issue or unauthorized account access, put “Security” in the email subject and describe the issue without including credentials or sensitive client data.
